Jolly challenged the admission of certain evidence under the Federal Rules of Evidence, the Government's presentation of that admitted evidence at trial, and the admission of other evidence under the Confrontation Clause. Jolly also argued that even if no single error is sufficiently prejudicial to warrant reversal.
