18:1512B.F - INTIMIDATION OR FORCE AGAINST WITNESS - On or about January 28, 2025, in Vermillion County, in CDIL, the Defendants - WITNESS TAMPERING -All in violation of Title 18 USC Sec 1512(B)(1).

Defendant was committed to the custody of the BOP for a term of life. Said term shall consist of life on each of Counts 1ss, 2ss and 4ss, 40 years on Count 3ss and 240 months on Counts 5ss-8ss, all counts to be served concurrently. Following release from custody, defendant shall serve a 10 year term of supervised release. Said term shall consist of 10 years on each of Counts 1ss and 2ss; 8 years on Count 3ss; 6 years on Count 4ss; and 3 years on each of Counts 5ss, 6ss, 7ss, and 8ss, all to be served concurrently. $800 Special Assessment is imposed.
