Description:

Breach of lease and conversion of storage building claims by subtenant against executor of estate of the owners of the property. Plaintiffs claimed that defendant breached their lease by claiming that their tenancy was month to month and by claiming a storage building on the property when plaintiff vacated the premises when defendant attempted to increase the rent on the property.
