Description:

Medical Malpractice - Wrongful Death - Plaintiff alleged that her father died from a saddle block embolus that caused the deceased to suffer from deep vein thrombosis. The plaintiff claims that if this would have been detected, it could have been treated and would not have caused the death of her father. Plaintiff charges that the doctor who treated her father did not comply with the correct standard of care that could have saved her father's life.
