Specific expenses outlined in the indictment included three purchases: A $50 bottle of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a $44 bottle of Glenmorangie Original 10 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey, and a $25 pack of Marlboro cigarettes
While submitting required annual Labor Organization Annual Reports, Jaramillo falsely listed purchases as legitimate union expenses.
