The defendant is committed to the BOP for a term of 262 MONTHS; said term consists of 262 months as to each of Counts One and Five; 240 months as to Count Two; 120 months as to Count Four; said terms to run concurrently. This term is to run concurrently with any yet to be imposed state court sentence. This sentence is to be adjusted in accordance with U.S.S.G. Section 5G1.3(b)(1) by the time period beginning from his state arrest on 8/25/21 through 8/28/21 and 9/12/23 through 10/1/24. It is recommended that defendant be allowed to participate in residential, comprehensive substance abuse treatment while incarcerated.
