Nursing Home Negligence Claim - Plaintiffs claimed that Mary Roden, age 73, suffered leg burns in March 1999 when her bed at Starcrest in Newnan was placed too close of a heater. Plaintiff claimed that Starcrest employees were directed to falsify patient records and that patients were neglected and abused. Care More Management, Inc. is headquartered in Macon, Georgia and owns 28 nursing homes.
