Civil Rights - District court did not err in finding plaintiff's Title VII, ADA and ADEA claims were time-barred; while Rehabilitation Act claim was timely, plaintiff failed to show he was handicapped and failed to establish the non-discriminatory ground for his termination was pretextual.
