Additional Information: Since joining KSN in 1990, Ron has concentrated his practice in Condo & HOA law, association collections, civil litigation, and real estate tax reduction. Ron excels at advising association boards with respect to collections, foreclosures and bankruptcies, and helping them take pre-emptive measures to avoid worst case scenarios. He currently serves as the firm’s lead Association Collection Attorney, helping associations establish and enforce aggressive collections policies. He also litigates highly complex collections matters. KSN clients appreciate Ron’s vast legal knowledge, straightforward style, and relentless pursuit of the best possible outcome in every legal situation. Ron also works with management companies to hold seminars to educate unit owners on their options with respect to association collections. He is a member, CAI (Community Associations Institute) Wisconsin and practices before the Cook County Assessor’s Office, the Cook County Board of Review, and the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. A husband and dad, Ron enjoys hiking, camping, and snowmobiling with his family.
