It should be kept in mind that the United States immigration laws are varied, and each client has his/her own particular needs. It is difficult to provide an exhaustive list of services provided by our firm. However, our services can be broken down into general categories:

Family-Based and Employment-Based Permanent Immigration - We provide the full range of services from the initial filing of the applications and applicable waivers to final interviews and consular processing.
Non-Immigrant (Temporary) Immigration - We assist client in obtaining non-immigrant visas ranging from visitor visas to temporary employment based visas.
Removal Defense - We aggressively defend clients facing removal in immigration court due to denied applications (such as asylum, withholding of removal, adjustment of status, etc); criminal issues; and abandonment of status.
Appeals - We represent clients on appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the federal courts.
Citizenship and Naturalization - We assist clients in becoming United States citizens. Our services range from the initial application process to interviews and waivers.
