Additional Information: Christopher Seusing focuses his practice on commercial and complex tort litigation, with emphasis on product liability, professional liability, trucking and transportation liability, aviation liability and e-discovery management. Chris handles matters for the U.S. and London insurance markets, and has experience in complex litigation matters, including multidistrict litigation and mass tort defense.

Chris represents trucking and transportation companies, international manufacturers and property management companies in matters involving personal injury, death and property damage. He has represented domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers in product liability and commercial litigation matters. Chris also represents attorneys in legal malpractice matters and has defended cases in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of the firm's e-Discovery practice, overseeing e-Discovery issues for the Boston office. Chris is also a member of the firm's 24/7 emergency response team, which responds to catastrophic events including trucking-cyclist fatalities.
