Ms. Syverson’s practice focuses on consumer class action, representing plaintiff classes in major insurance fraud, unfair business practices, false and deceptive advertising, and product liability cases. After entering the University of California at San Diego through the Early Admissions Honor Program, Ms. Syverson received her Bachelors of Arts degree from U.C.S.D. in 1996. She received a full Trustee’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence to California Western School of Law where she received her J.D. in 1999.

Ms. Syverson was admitted to the California State Bar and to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California in 1999. Prior to moving to Phoenix in 2000, Ms. Syverson was employed as a law clerk and then a contract attorney for the law firm of Burkhardt & Larson, P.C. in Rancho Santa Fe, California. In 2000, Ms. Syverson was admitted to the Arizona bar and in 2001 was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.

Ms. Syverson is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section), California Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association and Arizona Women’s Lawyers Association. Ms. Syverson’s involvement in the community includes being a member of the Arizona Town Hall, having twice served on the Arizona Town Hall’s Report Committee. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Phoenix Sister Cities – Catania Committee.
