Additional Information: Dave Mincer has been with Bailey & Wyant since its inception and is a Member in the firm’s Charleston office. He obtained his law degree from William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1997 after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in both History and Political Science from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, from which he graduated summa cum laude. He was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in 1997 and has also been admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Dave’s practice focuses on litigation defense and employment matters, representing employers in a consulting capacity, as well as in unemployment claims, EEOC/Human Rights Commission Claims, and civil litigation. He also has 15 years of experience in asbestos litigation. He represents clients in matters pending throughout the entire State of West Virginia.
