His practice focuses primarily on professional liability litigation as well as securities defense litigation and arbitration, focusing on the representation of financial service industry professionals, securities broker-dealers and registered representatives. He also has extensive experience with insurance coverage litigation. <P> Mr. Palmeri is a 2004 graduate of Union College, where he earned his B.A. in political science and history. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 2007 from the Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. He also earned his MBA in 2007 from the Quinnipiac University School of Business. <P> Mr. Palmeri is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association. Mr. Palmeri was named a 2010 "Rising Star" by New England Super Lawyers Magazine.
