During the early years of his practice (1995-2000), Mr. Palmer worked as an insurance defense lawyer in Louisville, Kentucky, concentrating primarily on medical malpractice and products liability matters. However, in 2000, Mr. Palmer refocused his practice and now concentrates on representing the injured in medical malpractice and other injury matters throughout Kentucky and Indiana. He is a proud member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and serves on its Board of Directors, as well as its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Kentucky Justice Association.
In 2011, Mr. Palmer received the distinction of being named a Super Lawyer by his peers for the state of Indiana.
In his spare time, he enjoys photography, golf, tennis and spending time with his three young children.
