Additional Information: Paul Kingsolver is a shareholder with the Firm. After receiving his law degree from the University of Tulsa in 1983, Paul served as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge Roy W. Harper in St. Louis, Missouri. He then was an associate with the Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale firm in St. Louis, followed by a move to the Kansas City firm of Cooling & Herbers where he later became a shareholder. Paul moved back to Tulsa in 1994, joining the firm of Stuart, Biolchini, Turner & Givray, where he was a partner. Paul joined Johnson & Jones in 2004.

Paul has first chair trial experience in state and federal jury trials, including business contract disputes, employment related claims, franchise termination, trucking company defense, business libel, tax court and personal injury defense. Paul also has both prosecuted and defended injunction proceedings, bench trials involving construction contracts, personal injury defense and FAA enforcement cases before the National Transportation Safety Board. He has represented clients in appeals before the Eighth, Tenth and District of Columbia Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals, the Missouri and Kansas Court of Appeals, and the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Paul also has extensive experience in advising and representing corporate clients in most areas of the employment relationship, including compliance with state and federal equal employment opportunity statutes and regulations; developing employment applications, management policies and employee manuals; as well as drafting employment agreements, non-compete agreements, independent contractor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Paul additionally performs in-house duties for corporate clients, such as drafting and negotiating license agreements, commercial leases, real estate contracts, bylaws, corporate minutes, corporate resolutions, and consultant agreements. He also advises clients on intellectual property matters.
