She assists clients with the preparation of affirmative action plans and provides risk-management analysis of hiring, promotion and compensation practices. Jo also advises employers on diversity initiatives and succession planning issues and educates hiring managers and human resources professionals on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. She has substantial experience defending clients in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance investigations.
In addition, Jo maintains an active litigation defense practice and has achieved significant victories for clients in federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
