During this time, Mr. McCarthy was also employed as a litigation associate with the firm of Offutt, Horman & Burdette, P.A. In 2006, Mr. McCarthy returned to Alabama and joined the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as a Circuit Court prosecutor. Mr. McCarthy practiced at the District Attorney's Office until he was hired at Webster, Henry, Lyons & White in July of 2008. He lives in Montgomery with his wife, Megan.
