Jeffrey Lehrer focuses his practice on assisting and representing employers in avoiding and defending discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, state tort, and employee leave claims. Jeffrey also has extensive experience drafting and litigating the enforceability of non-compete, non-solicitation, confidentiality and trade secret agreements. While he primarily defends employers in litigation, he also initiates lawsuits on behalf of employers to enforce non-compete agreements and to protect against and recover for misappropriations of confidential information and trade secrets.

Jeffrey represents employers in litigation in both state and federal courts, and in administrative claims before such agencies as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission, the South Carolina Employment Security Commission, and the Department of Labor.
