Additional Information: Mr. Struck has been with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli since 1987 and a partner since 1996. He practices in the areas of civil rights litigation, corrections defense, employment law, governmental liability and premises liability. Mr. Struck has been a speaker at seminars conducted by the National College of District Attorneys, the National Association of Attorneys General, Arizona County Attorneys and the 9th Circuit Panel Attorneys. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, American Correctional Association and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Struck is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, Districts of Arizona, Colorado and Columbia and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth, Tenth and D.C. Circuits. He received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 1988.
