Additional Information: A native of Rocksprings, Ken Nunley received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Arlington and in 1976 his J.D. from St Mary’s University in San Antonio. A founding member of the firm, Mr. Nunley is an established and successful trial attorney, being certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law since 1989. Mr. Nunley is also an active mediator, and has worked to bring closure to difficult disputes through mediated settlement. Because of his unique versatility and rapport with juries, Mr. Nunley has recovered significant judgments in the areas of fiduciary litigation, personal injury, oil and gas, toxic torts and commercial issues. In addition, Mr. Nunley has extensive experience litigating cases involving real property matters - easements, adverse possession, boundary disputes - among others. Successful settlements also mark his practice. Mr. Nunley is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas, Federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Nunley is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the San Antonio, Uvalde, Medina, Kendall and Border District Bar Associations. He has lectured on various topics related to his practice such as probate, real property and fiduciary litigation. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of ABOTA. Mr. Nunley is married to Teri Nunley, and has four children.
