Additional Information: Gregory Hyman has more than 15 years of experience in Employment Professional Liability; Legal Malpractice, Errors and Omissions defense for accountants, architects, engineers, insurance agents, attorneys and real estate agents; Labor and Employment Law on Behalf of Management; Employment Practices Liability; Directors and Officers Liability; Media and Commercial Litigation. He represents insurance carriers and private companies throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and California.

Prior to joining KDVG, Mr. Hyman was with Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. in their Moorestown New Jersey office.

Mr. Hyman counsels employers on workplace issues, employment policies, restrictive covenants, severance contracts and compliance with federal and state laws. He assists employers in implementing policies and strategies to prevent claims by drafting and reviewing handbooks and conducting training sessions on equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.

Mr. Hyman has successfully litigated cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and defended businesses before state and federal courts and regulatory agencies including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and United States Department of Labor in administrative proceedings.

He is a frequent speaker at Lorman Educational Services, The Insurance Society of Philadelphia and other industry and legal organizations.

Mr. Hyman earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law with honors and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, from George Washington University.

Mr. Hyman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. His memberships include the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations.
