Jessica L. Caruthers

Ms. Caruthers, a native of Omaha,
Nebraska, was born in 1978 and admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2005.
She attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated Magna Cum
Laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. Ms.
Caruthers later attended the University of Minnesota School of Law, where she
earned her law degree, Cum Laude, in 2005. Ms. Caruthers is admitted to practice
before all state courts in Oklahoma and Kansas, the United States District
Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the District Court
of Kansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the
United States Supreme Court. Ms. Caruthers’ areas of practice include civil
litigation, appeals, probates, guardianships, property law, and employment law. Ms.
Caruthers also enjoys volunteering for many community organizations and serves
on the Board of Directors for the Junior Welfare League of Enid, the Enid YWCA,
Leadership Greater Enid, the Enid Symphony Association, and the Chisholm School
Foundation.
