Since joining the firm, Ms. Ellsworth has represented public and private companies in a wide variety of civil matters before state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level. Her trial practice is focused on commercial litigation, and has included representing clients in commercial and intellectual property disputes at all stages of litigation. In her appellate practice, Ms. Ellsworth has handled matters involving a wide range of issues of both federal and state law, including intellectual property, contract law, and criminal law and procedure. Ms. Ellsworth has represented clients before the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Sixth, and Federal Circuits.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ellsworth served as a law clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. of the Supreme Court of the United States, and Chief Judge Michael Boudin of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. During law school, Ms. Ellsworth served as editor-in-chief of The University of Chicago Law Review and interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts.

Ms. Ellsworth is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Sixth and Federal Circuits.
