Davis concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation and civil trials, including contract, commercial, insurance, probate, real estate and land use litigation. During his 29 year career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Davis has personally handled thousands of litigated disputes, many of which have gone to trial.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Florida Bar since 1983 and the Illinois Bar since 1980. He is also a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, a former member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, a former Assistant State Attorney and served two three year terms and was a former chairman of The Florida Bar's Grievance Committee "A" for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit which processes complaints of lawyer misconduct.
