Additional Information: Thomas Williams is one of the founding members of the York Williams firm. Mr. Williams concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation.

Mr. Williams has litigated a significant number of cases in State Court and before the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Mr. Williams practices in the State Courts of North Carolina as well as the Federal Courts in North Carolina.

Mr. Williams is a member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and The Cherokee Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, as well as the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
