Mark’s civil litigation practice involves commercial and municipal matters, as well as personal injury defense, professional liability and public sector labor litigation. He has tried over 35 jury trials to verdict, as well as hundreds of arbitrations, mediations and hearings in state and federal courts and in public and private sector arbitration.
Mark is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. He is a Board Member of the Lancaster Bar Association, currently serves as chair of its Long Range Planning Committee and is the past chair of its Community Relations and Nominating Committees. He is an Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster and has served on the Board of Directors of various health and educational organizations in the community. Mark was a York County Assistant District Attorney before joining the firm.
