Additional Information: Mr. Marshall’s practice includes handling contested matters on behalf of employers in both state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative agencies. His practice also includes counseling human resource professionals, managers, and supervisors on employment-related issues including such areas as the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Wage and Hour issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act. He is a speaker on all areas of employment law and conducts in-house management training sessions for employers.

Mr. Marshall is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Tennessee. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Memphis Bar Association, where he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Employment Law section.
