Mr. Rossman concentrates his practice in complex commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, reinsurance disputes, and class actions. Mr. Rossman has also represented several clients in high asset divorce and custody disputes. In the past 6 years, he has obtained over $9.5 million in settlements as lead attorney and chief negotiator, and over $650,000 in trial and arbitration victories.

In November 2007, Mr. Rossman was featured in Lawyers Weekly as one of Michigan’s “Up and Coming Lawyers.” In May 2007, Mr. Rossman co-authored an article that was published in the Michigan Bar Journal entitled Reinsurance Contracts and the Role of Fiduciary Duty. He is a neutral case evaluator in Oakland County on the commercial panel. He has handled several high profile cases, which have appeared in the local media, both in publications and on television.

Mr. Rossman graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2001. While in law school, he distinguished himself by earning the Silver Key Certificate for outstanding legal scholarship, winning the school trial competition, and being awarded the Donald E. Barris Award for excellence in trial advocacy. Mr. Rossman began his litigation career while still in law school through a criminal law internship in which he represented indigent defendants in court on a pro bono basis. He previously graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
