Additional Information: Mr. George is a graduate of Union College (B.A., 1984); Quinnipiac College School of Law (J.D., 1987). Mr. George is admitted to practice in all Connecticut State Courts, Massachusetts State Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. George is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.

Mr. George is a member of the Hartford County Bar, the American and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Associations and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. Association. He is admitted to practice before the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court and the Mohegan Gaming Division. Mr. George is active in the Greater Hartford community. He is a member of the Economic Development Commission for the Town of Simsbury. He is a member of the Simsbury Republican Town Committee. He is an elected member of the Simsbury Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a former Legal Counsel of the Greater Hartford Jaycees. Having been appointed by Governor Rell, Mr. George is a member of the Board of Directors of Connecticut Innovations.

Attorney George concentrates in the area of civil and commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and handles both the prosecution and defense of various business matters.

Mr. George has represented and continues to counsel many business owners. He also represents many self-insured corporations in the defense of business and E-commerce matters, personal injury litigation and workers' compensation matters. Mr. George's experience extends from the defense of more common personal injury cases to the defense of malpractice, errors and omissions claims, wrongful death, sophisticated product liability, E-commerce, lead paint poisoning and medical device litigation. Mr. George has represented Fortune 500 companies in the defense of asbestos related claims, product defects and breast implant litigation.

Mr. George was one of the first attorneys in Connecticut to appear on behalf of breast implant manufacturers. He also was actively involved in the first Class Action Indoor Air Quality (Sick Building Syndrome) litigation in the State of Connecticut. Recently, Mr. George has been actively involved in E-commerce and technology related matters.

Mr. George is also involved in Commercial litigation, including foreclosure and collections, Corporate and White Collar Criminal Litigation and the litigation of zoning and land use matters. Mr. George's versatility takes him from administrative hearings to the Federal Courts. Mr. George has been appointed to the panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
