Additional Information: Mitch is an attorney at Burgess & Lamb. He attended undergraduate studies at Drury University where he majored in history and political science and graduated with honors and Magna Cum Laude in 1995. Mitch attended law school at University of Missouri – Columbia, where he was a member and was published in the Environmental Law and Policy Review. Upon graduation from law school in 1998, Mitch began a clerkship with the Honorable Laura Denvir Stith, a current Missouri Supreme Court judge, who at the time was a judge on the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Following his clerkship, Mitch began working with a KC based plaintiff’s litigation firm where he focused his practice on personal injury and mass tort/pharmaceutical litigation. In 2004, Mitch started his own firm with Keith Lamb and continued his focus on personal injury litigation and also began a successful class action practice.
