In addition, Sam serves as an integral member of the firm's trial team. Sam prepares dispositive motions, pre-trial motions, jury charges, post-trial motions, and legal research. Sam was recognized as a "Rising Star" in 2006, 2007, and 2009 and as one of "San Antonio's Best Lawyers" in Appellate Law in 2009 by Scene in SA magazine. Sam was also recognized as a "Texas Rising Star" in Appellate Law in 2008 by Law & Politics magazine.
