Sam represents clients in appellate courts with respect to both traditional and interlocutory appeals as well as original proceedings. In addition, Sam serves as an integral member of the firm's trial team. Sam prepares dispositive motions, pre-trial motions, jury charges, post-trial motions, and legal research. Sam was recognized as a "Rising Star" in 2006, 2007, and 2009 and as one of "San Antonio's Best Lawyers" in Appellate Law in 2009 by Scene in SA magazine.
