Additional Information: Brian J.S. Cullen began his legal career at what is now Bingham McCutchen, cutting his teeth in securities arbitration and complex commercial litigation. In 1999 he joined the Suffolk County (Massachusetts) District Attorney's Office, where he presented over 35 appeals before the Massachusetts appellate courts, including a number of first degree murder cases heard by the Supreme Judicial Court, and tried numerous Superior Court jury cases ranging from drug trafficking to arson and attempted murder. In 2002, Brian became Chief of the Narcotics Unit, where he oversaw all felony drug prosecutions in Boston and its suburbs.

Brian returned to New Hampshire as Of Counsel at Devine Millimet & Branch in 2003, where he chaired the Municipal Litigation and Education Litigation practice groups. In just over four years with the firm, Brian tried nearly a dozen cases in state courts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire as well as the United Stated District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

At CullenCollimore, Brian continues to defend municipalities, corporations and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, regularly trying cases before juries in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Brian also represents public and private schools on a variety of civil and administrative matters, and speaks to students on issues ranging from bullying and hazing to sexual assault and drug and alcohol abuse.

Brian received his B.A. from Bates College in 1989 and J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1994. Brian is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
