Additional Information: Frank R. McKay, a partner in the firm, specializes in civil litigation. Mr. McKay is equally skilled at prosecuting and defending civil litigation cases. He handles accident and injury cases and business, construction, insurance, and contract dispute cases. He enjoys a tremendous level of success before juries throughout Northeast Georgia. He also handles workers’ compensation cases before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. Mr. McKay practices in the Georgia Superior and State Courts, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and Federal Courts. He also tries cases before the Administrative Law Judges in the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He is frequently asked to speak at seminars sponsored by the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He is a former Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia. Mr. McKay has an undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a law degree Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is a member of the National Order of Barristers and in law school was Chairman of the Moot Court Board, won first place in the Southeast Regional National Client Counseling Competition, and was an elected representative of his class and treasurer of the Student Bar Association. Mr. McKay is active in civic and community service and is a deacon and Sunday school teacher and Committee Chairman at First Baptist Church in Gainesville.
