David S. Lockemeyer is a 1978 Cum Laude graduate of Heidelberg College. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration in 1988. He graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1992 and is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky Bar. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute. He has been selected for Ohio Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Southern District Court, the Federal Northern District Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
