DAVID R. KEESLING was born in Laclede County, Missouri in 1970. He was raised in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks wherein he learned the value of hard work, self-reliance and old- fashioned values. It was there that he first developed the desire to utilize his natural talents as a communicator to advocate on behalf of others. True to his home state, Mr. Keesling proudly displays the �Show Me� attitude as a fighter and loyal advocate for his clients.

Upon graduation from Mountain Grove High School in Mountain Grove, Missouri, Mr. Keesling attended Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Comprehensive Certificate in Social Science and Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mr. Keesling�s professional career began in 1992 as a commissioned officer with the United States Marine Corps wherein he reached the rank of Captain. Mr. Keesling�s law practice began in 2002 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Keesling has tried cases on a regular basis and has obtained excellent results including numerous six (6) and seven (7) figure resolutions for clients both at trial and through negotiated settlements. Mr. Keesling�s cases have included suits and representation in federal and state court litigation in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Kentucky, California, Idaho, Florida, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, Tennessee, Indiana, Arizona, Michigan, New Jersey and New York as well as legal service for international matters in Canada, China, Norway, France and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Keesling�s practice focuses primarily on litigation and transactional work in the areas of complex business & commercial litigation (U.S. and International), employment litigation, contract litigation (U.S. and International), trademark litigation (U.S. and International), negligence & tort litigation, professional negligence, civil rights litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Keesling also leads his firm in the area of Business Management Services wherein Team KLG provides an array of organizational and proactive legal services for a variety of businesses throughout Oklahoma.

Capitalizing on his communications skills, Mr. Keesling is the founder and host of Direct Delivery with David Keesling, which airs on KFAQ 1170 AM. He also serves as a regular guest and contributor to The Pat Campbell Show on KFAQ 1170 AM. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Keesling has provided expert legal analysis and content for a number of local and national radio and television outlets in association with E.W. Scripps� NBC local market television affiliate, Cox Media Group, ESPN Radio and the Journal Broadcast Group.
