Additional Information: Grant L. Kim has over twenty years of experience in international arbitration, intellectual property litigation, and other commercial disputes. He has served as counsel in numerous international arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). He has also represented clients in the federal and state courts in intellectual property disputes, as well as other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Kim has experience with a wide range of technology, including computer software and hardware, semiconductors, medical devices, biotechnology, and mechanical devices.

Mr. Kim joined Morrison & Foerster in 1986, after serving for two years as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. From 2000 to 2004, he worked at a large Korean law firm, Kim & Chang, where he specialized in international arbitration. He has authored a number of articles regarding international arbitration and intellectual property law for publications in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, and has spoken on these subjects at conferences in the U.S. and Asia. He is a former Overseas President of the International Association of Korean Lawyers and has a working knowledge of Korean and French. He has served as Sole Panelist, Chair, and Co-Panelist of numerous Internet Domain Name Disputes administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
