Additional Information: Liz Mendel has been practicing with the law firm of Woodward, Hobson & Fulton since 1982. During that time, she has had an active trial practice including significant and complex trial experience. In 1994, she tried a toxic tort case which resulted in a defense verdict hailed by the National Law Journal as one of the 10 most significant defense verdicts of the year.

Liz’s practice focuses on professional liability defense, principally attorneys. In her most recent attorney malpractice trial, she represented an attorney accused of malpractice in handling a Worker’s Compensation case which resulted in a complete defense verdict. She has represented insurance agents, stock brokers, real estate agents, social workers, psychologists and health care professionals. She also writes insurance coverage opinions and litigates insurance coverage matters.
