He has a wide variety of experience in handling commercial matters, including trial and appellate work on behalf of both plaintiff and defendants in state and federal courts. He has worked with numerous clients, ranging from large corporations and government entities to individuals. These representative cases have included everything from simple contract disputes to complex securities disputes, criminal and civil antitrust matters.
