Additional Information: Mr. Heck has developed a strong and vibrant practice during his years of practice, handling all types of Personal Injury cases, Insurance Law matters, Commercial Litigation and a wide variety of Labor & Employment matters for both employers and employees. He is a court-trained and appointed Mediator for the Richland County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Heck is a graduate of The Ohio State University and an honors graduate of The University of Florida College of Law. He has 23 years of legal experience and is admitted to practice law in the courts of both Ohio and Florida. Since returning to his home town of Mansfield after beginning his career in Florida, he has been extremely active in both state and local organizations. In 2001, he was elected to the Lexington Local Schools Board of Education. He is the Past Chairman and Board Member of Richland Performing Arts Association and the Rehabilitation Services of North Central Ohio. He has served as President of the University Club of Mansfield and the University Club Educational Foundation. He serves as Secretary of both the Richland County Foundation and the Richland County Bar Association. He is presently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Council of Delegates and has served on numerous OSBA committees and task forces. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. His professional associations and memberships include the Ohio State and Richland County Bar Associations, the Florida Bar, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and Defense Research Institute.
