Additional Information: Susan Taylor Wall is a highly experienced federal and state court trial attorney. Her practice is focused primarily on the defense of professionals. She has successfully handled cases involving: attorneys, accountants, bankers, corporate officers & directors, hospital administrators, insurance agents, architects & engineers, and surveyors. Her extensive trial practice includes the defense of business torts, insurance coverage and class actions.

Ms. Wall also has an active appellate practice. She has argued appeals numerous times before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and was on the brief to the United States Supreme Court for the South Carolina State Ports Authority in 2001. She was lead attorney for South Carolina Governor James Hodges on a constitutional issue before the South Carolina Supreme Court in 2000.

Ms. Wall is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and for the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Wall is also a certified mediator in South Carolina federal courts and state courts. She is a frequent speaker on legal ethics and malpractice prevention.

While at Seattle University, Ms. Wall was a member of the Seattle Law Review.
