Additional Information: Steve is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the state of Idaho. His emphasis is in general litigation and serving as the Prosecuting Attorney for the Cities of Chubbuck and American Falls. Steve is also a Special Deputy Attorney General.

Academic Degrees:
Steve received an Associates of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Idaho State University. He received his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2002.

Professional Memberships and Activities:
Steve was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2003. While working as a law enforcement officer, he was certified as an Advanced Crash Investigator by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and also as a Drug Recognition Expert. In 1998 he was awarded the Region 5 Idaho State Police Officer of the Year Award and in 1999 he was awarded by the Veterans of Foreign Wars as the State of Idaho Police Officer of the Year. Prior to being an Idaho State Trooper, Steve was employed as a Police Officer by the City of Pocatello. While attending law school, he was an editor for the Idaho Law Review.

Steve was born in Boise, Idaho on January 18, 1971. He and his wife have four children.
