Additional Information: Mr. Budge obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University in 2003. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2006. Mr. Budge is licensed to practice before all Idaho and Federal Courts.

Practice Summary
Mr. Budge specializes in real estate transactions and development, local land use planning, water law, business and commercial representation, and litigation related to these practice areas. In addition to litigation before Idaho courts, Mr. Budge has represented clients in administrative proceedings before the Idaho Department of Water Resources, United Stated Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, and planning and zoning boards throughout Southeast Idaho. Mr. Budge’s representation of real estate developers includes Black Bear Resort (Bear Lake County), Huntsman Springs (Teton County), Blacktail Ridge (Bonneville County), Gunbarrel at Shotgun Village (Fremont County), and The Boulders (Bannock County). Mr. Budge also represents various businesses, irrigation companies, canal companies, sewer and water districts, and individuals.

Professional Memberships and Activities
Mr. Budge is a member of the Business & Corporate Law, Real Property, and Water Law sections of the Idaho State Bar. While attending the University of Idaho College of Law, Mr. Budge competed on the University of Idaho National Moot Court Team, was employed by the College of Law as a legal writing Teaching Assistant, and completed an externship with the Idaho Department of Water Resources.

Biographical Information
Mr. Budge was born in Logan, Utah and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He and his wife, Heidi Bauer, of Mud Lake, Idaho, reside in Pocatello and have two children. Mr. Budge continues a long tradition of service to Idaho by the Budge family.
