Mr. Alexander’s practice has centered around civil litigation, with a significant amount of domestic relations work. Mr. Alexander has handled civil rights and education law cases, and matters involving trademark rights. He is currently acting as General Counsel for Idaho State University. In this third year at law school Mr. Alexander was a member of Washington University’s National Moot Court team. Following graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Harold L. Sachs of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. He then joined the firm in 1991. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1990 and the Idaho Bar in 1992. He serves as a member of the Idaho Pro Bono Commission and has been honored by the Idaho State Bar for his pro bono work.


Mr. Alexander worked as a newspaper sports reporter, outdoors editor, and editor of the business section of the Southwest Times Record in Fort Smith, Arkansas from 1983 until 1987.
