Additional Information: TC. Timothy Hopkinsim is the senior partner and a founder of the firm. He enjoys an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been engaged as an advocate in some of Idaho’s most prominent public law cases involving issues such as separation of powers, legislative redistricting, professional responsibility and land use. He has a wide ranging civil litigation practice for both individuals and corporations and he also maintains a significant transactional practice. Currently, a considerable portion of his practice is devoted to issues involving land use and real estate.
