After moving the Idaho, Jim received his J.D. from the National Law Center, George Washington University, Washington D.C. in 1969. He specializes in municipal law. Jim was the Ketchum City Attorney from 1973 to 1988, and currently represents the cities of Bellevue and Carey, Idaho.
