Additional Information: Ms. Osmundson earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Duluth; a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis; and a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Osmundson maintains certifications in industrial hygiene (CIH) and safety (CSP). She is a member of the Minnesota Bar, and is expected to take the Montana State Bar examination in 2009. Ms. Osmundson’s primary practice areas include health care/hospital law, business law, commercial transactions, occupational safety and health law (OSHA and MSHA), environmental law, regulatory and administrative compliance, insurance law, and products liability.
