Additional Information: Mr. Miller is a trial lawyer with extensive experience on a regional and national level in all forms of dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Mr. Miller focuses much of his practice on the construction industry but he is first and foremost a trial lawyer and, as such, handles cases in the areas of general business, labor, employment, real estate, legal and accountancy malpractice, products liability, personal injury, with a particular concentration in construction law. He has been involved in numerous cases throughout the country, including complex and precedent-setting cases. By the age of 32, he had obtained his first multi-million dollar verdict. In 1993, he served as trial counsel in a one-month trial in San Francisco, California, that resulted in a $116.5 million verdict that was, at the time, the largest verdict of its kind in the country.
