and conduct business, Bruce has been recognized as an
attorney who is keeping abreast of the legal issues for

for business transactions, and the importance of assigning
value and protecting that value of intellectual property
shared and created across the Internet.
Bruce attended M.I.T. and graduated from UC
Berkeley prior to entering UC's Boalt Hall School of Law,
where he was a member of the law review. He has practiced
law in the Bay Area since 1980.
