Mr. Botsford has been Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1983. In 1993, he was named the Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney Of The Year by the Criminal Justice Section of the State Bar of Texas. In 1996 to 1997, he served as President of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
